This is a temporary "coming soon" page and it collects a single piece of personal data — the e-mail address you type into the form yourself. Below is exactly what happens to it.

What we process
Only the e-mail address you enter in the form, plus a technical note of the page language you chose (so the announcement reaches you in Slovak or English).
The page uses no analytics, no advertising scripts and no third-party content. It stores no cookies — the only thing your browser keeps locally is your light/dark theme choice, and that is never sent anywhere.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the address for two e-mails: a sign-up confirmation and a single announcement when we launch. We send nothing else.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by submitting the form.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw consent, and in any case no longer than 30 days after the launch announcement is sent. The list is then deleted in full.
Who receives the data
The following processors handle the address on our behalf: Resend (e-mail delivery and list management), Cloudflare (DNS, network and form processing) and GitLab (hosting of this page). We have a data-processing agreement with each; transfers outside the EU are covered by standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell the data or share it for third-party marketing.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time — with one click on the link in any e-mail from us, or by writing to support@getnerivo.com. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent and carries no consequence for you.
You also have the right of access, rectification and erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object. Writing to support@getnerivo.com is enough.
If you believe we process your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.
